Common Ground Hair Co. is a hair salon in Greensburg, PA, founded by Ashley and Breanna. We brought our different specialties together to create a place where everyone can feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their hair. Ashley specializes in men’s haircuts and grooming, while Breanna brings her expertise in women’s cuts, color, and full-service hair. Together, we created a salon where precision barbering and modern salon artistry exist side by side—all within a welcoming, elevated, and down-to-earth environment. The name Common Ground represents the place where our different experiences, talents, and passions meet. It’s also what we hope to create with every client: a genuine connection, a personalized experience, and a style that feels true to you. More than anything, we want you to feel welcome from the moment you walk through our doors. Whether you’re visiting for a quick haircut or a complete transformation, our goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized service in a space where you can relax, be yourself, and leave feeling your best. We look forward to having you in our chairs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Common Ground Hair Co., we understand that life happens and plans can change. Emergencies and unexpected situations will always be handled with understanding and on a case-by-case basis. We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate you respecting our time and appointments! Because appointment lengths and services vary between our stylists, cancellation policies may differ based on the provider you are booked with. Breanna’s Clients: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Many color and blonding services reserve several hours of appointment time specifically for you and can be difficult to refill on short notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Ashley’s Clients: Because her services have shorter appointment times, her cancellation policy differs from our standard policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least three (3) hours’ notice. Your first late-cancellation fee will be waived as a one-time courtesy. After your first late cancellation or no-show, a valid card must be kept on file before booking any future appointments. After the one-time waiver, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than three (3) hours’ notice will incur a $15 fee. No-shows will incur a $20 fee. These fees will be charged to the card on file. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service to avoid delaying the appointments that follow. If the appointment cannot be completed because of a late arrival, the $15 late-cancellation fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment before another appointment can be booked. Genuine emergencies will be considered individually.

Ashley Waterhouse
Hi, I’m Ashley! Co-owner of Common Ground Hair Co. I’ve been doing hair for 17 years, and men’s hair has always been what I enjoy most. I especially love fades, short cuts, and clipper work, but my favorite part is seeing the confidence a fresh haircut can give someone. I like to keep things relaxed in my chair—whether we’re talking the entire appointment or you just want to sit back and enjoy your haircut. Opening Common Ground Hair Co. felt like the perfect next step and gave me the chance to create a space that feels comfortable, welcoming, and laid-back. Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to a little boy who somehow makes owning a business feel like the relaxing part of my day. 😂 I’m so excited to finally have a space of my own, continue taking care of the clients who have been with me through the years, and hopefully meet plenty of new faces along the way!
Breanna Pynos
Hi, I’m Breanna! Co-owner of Common Ground Hair co. I’ve been behind the chair for over 11 years, and I truly love what I do. I specialize in hair color, extensions, and hair loss solutions, and I love creating looks that are customized to each person who sits in my chair. One of my favorite parts of being a hairstylist is the relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years. I want my chair to be a place where you can come in, feel comfortable, be yourself, and leave feeling confident and refreshed. Opening Common Ground Hair Co. has given me the opportunity to create a space that feels like me—modern, welcoming, relaxed, and somewhere I’m genuinely excited to share with my clients. When I’m not at the salon, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our two boys. Being a wife and mom is such a big part of who I am, and I love spending my time outside of work with my family. I can’t wait to welcome you into my space and have you in my chair!
